TREATMENT PLAN – FROM WHICH TO START

In the summer you start to feel the warmth of the head from the sun, and in the autumn and winter cold, you look in the mirror and forehead higher and higher, finally you view your photos from the past and notice …

Again, you would like to look in the mirror with satisfaction, enjoy life and accept yourself. Changing the appearance caused by the hair transplant surgery may cause a new look at yourself and the world.

MD MEDMIX hair Clinic is a team of specialists who, while doing their job, understand their patients and go through all the stages of their exceptional transformations with them.
We want to show that the first step towards change is not so difficult.

STAGE 1 – CONSULTATION
Consultations can be held in person or online. For simplicity, the doctor will consult SKYPA. For the initial assessment, please send an application form located on the website. Photos sent for the evaluation should be made in several positions – in the front, in the back, with profiles. If you want to send a message with photos, you should also write: your age, when the balding process started, how the process of balding in the family is going on, you should also list all the diseases past and present and medicines used. This information will allow the physician to precisely determine the treatment program and possibly order additional tests.

However, there is no substitute for personal consultation and direct talk with a doctor.

Consultation is a meeting with a surgeon who will perform the procedure. During the consultation you can talk about your expectations about the procedure, and the doctor will agree with you on further treatment plan. During the personal consultation, the surgeon also discusses the procedure of the procedure. Keep in mind that there are no questions that the surgeon will not answer, ask for everything. The consultation time is unlimited and belongs only to you.

STAGE 2 – DETERMINATION OF THE TREATMENT

When is the procedure best to do?
There is no best time for surgery, every season has limitations, good and bad sides.

What to remember when planning the date of the procedure:
– 14 days before the procedure and 14 days after the procedure you can not perform other surgical and dental procedures

– 21 days after the procedure, a peaceful lifestyle should be maintained. During this period you can not do heavy physical work, exercise
– 1-14 days after the treatment, the effects of the treatment are visible, i.e. the treatment area both the donor and recipient areas have healing symptoms.

Performing the treatment in the summer:

– remember that the head after the treatment must be protected from the sun, wear a thin bright cap, hat, but do not overheat and sweat
– you can not stay in the hot sun for 6 weeks after the procedure, you can not take a bath in the sea and the pool

Performing the treatment from winter:

– do not expose your head to severe frost and large temperature changes
– a ski helmet can not be used for 6 weeks after the procedure
When planning the date of the procedure, it should be adapted to the possibility of a break in professional life, not to the time of the year.

When planning your treatment, remember that you often have to wait up to several months. Therefore, it is important to arrange a consultation and a procedure in advance, then there is a very good chance that the procedure will take place in the time most suitable for you.

After booking the date of the procedure, an advance payment should be made for confirmation.

STAGE 3 -TESTS

In order to qualify for the procedure, it is necessary to perform tests.

Each patient must perform tests: morphology, CRP, coagulation system,
HBS, HCV, HIV, ANA with a titer.

The HBS, HCV, HIV, ANA1 tests should be performed a few weeks before the surgery, as the results are expected to be about 14 days. However, the research: morphology, coagulation system, CRP must be performed a few days before the procedure.

The test results should be sent by email to the clinic.

STAGE 4 – PREPARATION FOR THE TREATMENT, RECOMMENDATIONS
The patient’s lifestyle greatly influences the course and effects of the treatment.

In order to get the best results of the treatment, you should follow several recommendations:
– For smokers, quit smoking as soon as possible prior to surgery
For two weeks before the procedure, do not take drugs that increase bleeding, i.e. containing acetylsalicylic acid, min. Polopiryna, Aspirin, Alka- Saltzer , Scorbolamid , Acard (acetylsalicylic acid thins the blood causing more bleeding)
– Do not drink alcohol five days before the procedure
– Ten days before surgery, stop using LOXON
– Take care of yourself, protect yourself so that you do not get colds, a bacterial infection.

STAGE 5 – TREATMENT – HOW TO PREPARE
Before the surgery to sleep well, it is not recommended to plan long trips at night or in the morning, it will cause great fatigue. In case of arrival from distant regions it is recommended to arrive on the day before the treatment.

On the day of the procedure, do not exercise, eat breakfast and drink soft drinks, do not drink coffee.
On the day of the treatment there is no need to cut hair, the doctor will prepare the length of hair for your needs. There must always be a shortened back of the head – a place of donation to a height of 2-3 mm, the decision to shorten the hair at the recipient site belongs to the patient and the doctor, also depends on the area of the treatment.

For the treatment, wear a shirt with a zip, you can prepare a loose hat or hoodie, the cap should be loose so that it fits over the head with swelling and bandage.
Limit the amount of luggage taken with you, so that it is not too heavy, because after the treatment it is not recommended to carry heavy weights.

It should be remembered that the swelling of the face and the eye area may occur after the procedure. Sometimes visual field limitation may occur. Therefore, for people who drive cars, you must take into account the need to stay in the hotel one day longer.

STAGE 6 – THE PROCESS OF GOVERNING AND EFFICIENCY EFFECTS
The total healing time is about 14 days. After this time, the donor and recipient site is completely healed, the hair in the recipient will grow 5 mm.

Personal and occupational life in the first days after surgery should be limited due to the visual effect, swelling, bruising under the eyes, and scabs in the donor and recipient areas.

WHEN THE “NEW” HAIR WILL BE VISIBLE?

In the first weeks after the procedure, the implanted hair falls out. They can fall together with scabs or after scouring. You can see the bulb on the end of the hair. It is not dangerous because there is a wart of hair in the skin that produces a new hair.
Some patients do not fall out of all the implanted hair, they just start to grow. This is not a dangerous symptom and does not affect the final effect of the treatment.
The first implanted hair begins to grow after a period of 3-4 months after the procedure. In the first months the density is small, irregular, weak hair. Do not be nervous, because in the following months the hair will thicken, so that after 12 months you get the final result.
